Palladio Wide Plank Flooring features a stong 3-ply cross-grain construction. This design resists shrinkage, expansion and warping from seasonal changes. A hardwood core enhances stability.
Sandable thickness
Even a 3/4″ solid wood floor can only be sanded to the depth of the nail or tongue. The depth of 5/8″ Palladio’s surface layer is comparable to solid wood and can be sanded up to three times.

We have preserved the 8 forms most true to the way they grew in nature. For every Curv8 floor, raw boards are selected to fit one of these eight forms. Curv8 patented modular technology retains the tree’s original shape and grain lines. Inspired by the natural beauty of some of the world’s greatest rivers, never straight but always giving life to people and the nature around them. We have selected some possible finishes to get the imagination going.

Nature’s Fit

Thanks to our proprietary Nature’s Fit technology, we have preserved the 8 forms most true to the way they grew in nature. And for every Curv8 floor, raw boards are selected to fit one of these eight forms. Curv8 patented modular technology retains the tree’s original shape and grain lines, allowing material to be utilized in an eco-friendly manner and making pattern repetition unnoticeable. Each Curv8 module matches perfectly with every other Curv8 module, making an endless repeating pattern possible.

Curv8 board is 12 mm (0.47’’) thick with 3 mm (0.12’’) noble timber wear layer and has bevels, tongue and groove on all four sides.

There has always existed a difference of opinion between humans and nature, with compromises being a rare exception. Until we start growing trees square and straight they will always give us floorboards of variable lengths and widths. We can utilize this variety with minimal waste, producing more floors per forest.

Using our experience from Bolefloor on the material saving we perfectly match various widths and lengths of boards. By breaking the monotonous, repeating patterns found in a traditional floor, we are able to make a unique, aesthetically pleasing, and visually interesting floor.

Materials and characteristics

Varvage is produced in mixed widths of 180 mm (7”), 210 mm (8.25”), and 240 mm (9.5”). Every order contains about 1/3 of each width per number of rows. The lengths of Varvage are 1000 mm (3.25’) – 2995 mm (117.9’). About 70% of the order is supplied in lengths longer than 2000 mm (6.5′).
